I loved how friendly the guy at the front desk was! Alex was absolutely polite and professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. He made me feel very welcome. I was also super pleased that you can check in being 18 years old and don't have to be 21.

Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. Was very satisfied with the room. It very quiet for the most part.

Staff was able to get me into my room early

The staff was friendly and helpful. The day I arrived I got there early and was worried I wouldn't be able to check in yet. Everyone else had to wait. But when I explained what happened with my living situation and said I would be waiting in the hot vehicle due to nowhere else to go, the guy at the desk did his best to help me and was able to check me in right then because luckily there was 1 room that was ready. And when I overslept the day I had originally planned to check out, the lady who came to the door was nice about it and gave me the option to pay for another night even though there was a reservation made for that room. It wasn't the nicest place but the staff cares and watched out for me and made me feel safe and comfortable. I didn't want to leave but couldn't afford to stay longer. In the future, I will definitely stay again. Thank you to everyone who helped me during one of the worst times in my life. And also not making me wait until the actual check in time. I appreciate it more than I can say. I was an emotional wreck when I arrived and tired and scared. You guys helped me when you didn't have to. Little things like that mean so much when it feels like your life is falling apart. Because it reminded me that people do care. Thank you

The room was clean and very spacious. Parking was right outside our door. They actually had a full legit handicapped room.
